Detective Conan Movie 13 Raw sources?

Does anybody have any sources or information (links and such) as to where the 13th Conan movie can be seen as a raw, without any subs? Any tips would be very helpful!

it will not be high enough quality for fan-subbing or maybe even watching if it exist
