The second choice in the poll is not really like Ran's attitude. What I mean is, she's a very loyal girl and she's not just dump Eisuke just because Shinichi returns!
The first choice is also not very loyal for Ran, but, when she's getting impatient in waiting for Shinichi and he never comes back, I think she's gonna move on [that's what most girls do] except if she's INFINITELY LOYAL. [but she is, actually]
