Titles in Ciphers

New Game!
Here is how the game goes, pretty simple:
One is going to choose a title of a movie or a series, and that title is going to be represented in symbols, for other people to guess it. Whoever deciphers the code first, gets to start a new cipher for a particular title, and points are awarded to both the code presenter and the decipherer.

Scoring:
2 points: the code refers to a title of Detective  Conan Manga chapter or Manga-based episode.
1 point: the code refers to a title of Detective  Conan Anime Original.
0 points: the code refers to a title of any other series/movie.

As you may have noticed, non-DC movies/series get no points, simply because there are too many, and I personally do not want to inflate the scores, of which I will keep track. Non-DC titles shall act as fillers to keep the game going; they are not insignificant, per se, for you will need give them as much attention as any DC title, if you want to get in the lead.

Hints are given at the user's discretion; you don't have to give hints if you don't want to. And if you have any concerns/suggestions feel free to ask.
If a code remains unsolved for an unreasonably long time, the person who posted it recieves the according amount of points, and gives his turn to another member (preferably one who came closest to the answer)

Lastly, be creative, you are not limited with the keyboard's characters, e.g. If the title you choose is the movie, The Matrix, you can go ahead and encode it as the following:

Let's get the new-born game started. I'll go first; the code is fairly easy, given that this is just the beginning.

And the cipher is:

=x

The only hint I could give you is that, it's almost a code inside a code—almost.

You got it, well done!
Sorry for being obnoxiously late to reply, I just noticed your answer.
Now you are free to start a new cipher of your choice.
Congratulation on your first two points!
