Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
Edit: Answers can be as long as they need to be but make sure it is ultimately only ONE answer per question. Thank you!
Edit 2: Should've put this here a while ago. Ideally this should be a once per week question thing but it will be delayed if there are less than 5 people answering until there actually are 5+ people answering.
This is an idea I've repeatedly wanted to use but never have had the chance. Idea stolen from the Starmen.net forums during the relatviely brief time I was there.
It's similar to the idea of answering trivia, I ask a question every week and you guys answer it. But the twist is that instead of giving the right answer, you give the best, more creative, most entertaining, funny, etc. answer you can and get points based off of that! Point system shall be this:
First place answer: 5 points
Second place answer: 4 points
Third place answer: 3 points
Everyone else: 1 point (PARTICIPATION~!)
Question 1: Who is "Anokata"?

Because we're not sure who he or she is, or should I say what Anokata is?
My theory is that Anokata is.... Not human. Nor is he alien.
But I think that Anokata is... TO BE CONTINUED!!!

Re: Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
Anokata is someone who likes alcohol and children's songs. One day he got a gang of 30-40 year olds who run around killing people and don't check if they're 100% dead.

Re: Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
Ok, week 1 is over! Let's see who won:
First place: dumytru - I really like lyrical references and the TEXT IS RIGHT THERE, so I ultimately had to go with it, but the top 3 or 4 were all close.
Second place: Kleene Onigiri - The combination of quantity of text (in a way that works, I'm certainly not saying more text is inherently better considering how she lost to a pic taken from the anime), cleverness and "proof" makes it really good.
Third place: Raiden - I feel bad Henry Gordan, his was good. But I really like how Raiden took it and made it about her. Fantastic. I'm not even sure if that was intentionally her answer, but I'm going with it. But in the future, please make answers without using someone else's answer like this.
Current standings:
dumytru: 5
Kleene Onigiri: 4
Raiden: 3
Henry Gordan: 1
Jecka: 1
Iwamoto Yuri: 1
Question 2: What is Conan's catchphrases?

Re: Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
Conan's catchphrases: 90% trying to sound like the hammiest child actor portraying an actual kid, 10% throwaway cool lines because they need to remind us he's actually not a child. And because they go 'Oh yeah... we need him to say something recognizable for the movies' even if he rarely ever says it in the show/manga. :V

Re: Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
Conan's catchphrases are him trying to be cool, but really, who takes a 6/7 y.o. seriously? also who's to say he actually has a catchphrase of his own? :O

Re: Detective Conan: Easy Trivia
It's baro. It's 50% of what he thinks about others and 50% what he is himself
.
And "I saw it on tv!" too, because that's his excuse for all his knowledge, again proving how much of a baro he is.
