For the team (BO or Town) you're on to win. For Town to win they've got to get rid of all the Org members, they can do this by lynchingee them or by having police officers arrest them. For BO to win they've got to get rid of enough Townies that the amount of Town members is the same as the amount of BO members and there's got to be no officers that can arrest left.
