why  Winning % is treated lower then Weighted Ratio

because then people who joined one game and won would stand at the top of the list forever

at the very least we did use his sniper rifle and lynchy-hand, so I don't think we can take it away from him

I don't care about the table.
But if he just joins to be in the game and do nothing, and even wins while doing nothing, then I don't agree with that.
