I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.
The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

Re: Ctrl+V Thread
[Honestly, it was as if the moment the clock struck midnight to toll a new day, his calm meter reset to 0 and he was back to being that same, irritable Osakan wild cat. Or maybe it was that unspoken "curse" of dead bodies following him like lost puppies affecting him at the most inappropriate of times, seeing as the moment he met with Kazuha just fifteen after nine he also had the pleasure of meeting a stiff body of a businessman falling down several feet from a building across the Big Man. Granted, since the area was a fairly public place finding the culprit took a bit of a search through waves and waves of people; there was still some time to salvage the wreck of this "dinner date," right?
...Well, if one's idea of salvaging that was to spend the rest of the night at the aforementioned date's house explaining where and how he got the darker-than-his-own-skin-bruises (among other injuries left unattended), then yes it was certainly salvageable.
If there was one thing about the Osakan detective someone could depend on, it was this: he was a fundamentally honest person, no doubt such a factor stemming from his lifetime exposure to the police and the law. He'd come to associate criminals with lies and deception and, unless it was well-thought out and planned, perhaps that was why it was so hard for him to keep secrets (like constantly messing up the name of his Eastern rival). Still, he knew perfectly well what parts of the story he should and shouldn't be omitting--that much should be expected of him--and the Osakan detective offered his childhood friend the premises that he'd fallen into a dilapidated warehouse trying to save a particularly crazy client from plummeting to their untimely death.
Sure, she bought the half-lie and the most major of injuries were tended to, but at what cost? Kazuha constantly worried and fretted about him--he absolutely hated having her treating him this way--and wouldn't have any say on the matter: he couldn't be trusted home alone with his parents out of the prefecture, and there was no arguing against him staying with her for the night.
The expectation of a call from his client was there but, compared to the results of the previous night's other events, it was only a grain of rice being smashed by a large wooden mallet. Needless to say, this being constantly hounded over did not make a happy Tiger of Osaka; it was more than just blatant in his voice. ]
THIS HAD BETTER BE DAMN IMPORTANT.
[Thankfully, Kazuha had at least granted him the guest room alone, and she was a very heavy sleeper.]

Roleplay post as Heiji X: Despite being pretty much the only canon character ever that I play, I still don't feel that I'm incredibly in-character.....

Enzymes have active sites where they come into contact with particular substrates. The catalytic properties of enzymes are a cyclic process. Once a substrate has come into contact with the active site of an enzyme, it is modified by the enzyme to form the end product. Once the process is complete, the enzyme releases the product and is ready to begin the process with new substrates. Enzymes are never wasted and always recycled.
