If you are in danger, Mr. Phoenix Wright, and that danger might affect the rest of us, then it stands to reason that we should leave you to your fate and escape with our own lives intact.

“Enough!” Athena yelled, smashing her hands on the crammed desk she was standing behind. The fact she could was a miracle all by itself, but right now there wasn’t any time to ponder about miracles. “Phoenix is in danger and all you can to is quibble!”
Blackquill hummed. “I hate to admit it, but miss Canary has a point.” Ignoring Athena’s protests he glanced at the blue clad lawyer who was plucking his spiked hair nervously, sweat dropping when the attention turned to him. “Though I hate to say it, but I don’t exactly find a ghost’s accusation credibl-”
“Mia would never lie!” Maya interrupted him, tears swelling in her eyes. “If she says Nick’s in danger than Nick’s in danger.”
“You fool.” Franziska muttered, tightening her whip and immediately causing at least a few of the occupants in the room to take cover. She almost seemed to smile at this, “Those who put their faith in the death are surely fools.”
Maya whirled around to comment, but before she could Larry jumped up. “What are you doing?! We were told Nick is in danger and everyone could be dangerous! We have to do something!” He grinned at Nick and Maya, but his grin quickly faded when he looked at Payne, who was shaking his head.
“I don’t know why you invited me here.” He said, messing with his glasses. “But it is clear you’re too incompetent.”
“Either way,” Miles stood up before everyone could fight more. “It’s clear that there are bad people amongst our group. We’ll have to find them and get rid of them. I’m advising a vote.”
The group stared at him silently, barely able to fit in the already crammed office. “A vote..?”
“Yes, a vote to get rid of someone in this room before they can get rid of us all.” Walking to the door he turned to look over his shoulder. “Or would you rather have us die one by one?”
The fact we're all fine is a good thing, but wouldn't a vote kill someone too, so eventually we all become killers...
Unless someone caught one of the bad people...
