Re: Kogorous Riddle Thread and eworms Deduction Thread
Forget my past riddles. I have come up with a brand-new murder riddle. This may be the hardest one I came up with, or the easiest. It all depends on if you know where to look.
The victim, Mioda Ibuki (澪田 唯吹), the host of a large gaming convention, was found to have been murdered by strangulation. Because she had a strong build, it would've been impossible to pull it off without two accomplices restraining her. Among the people who were at the conference, 12 people have no alibi. Those were (Please note: These names are written according to the Japanese style of lastname-firstname):
Enoshima Junko (江ノ島 盾子)
Nidai Nekomaru (弐大 猫丸)
Maizono Sayaka (舞園 さやか)
Nakajima Kazuo (中島 和夫)
Yamada Hifumi (山田 一二三)
Komaeda Nagito (狛枝 凪斗)
Saionji Hiyoko (西園寺 日寄子)
Ishimaru Kiyotaka (石丸 清多夏)
Kato Hinata (河十 向日葵)
Pekoyama Peko (辺古山 ペコ)
Kuzuryu Fuyuhiko (九頭龍 冬彦)
Fujisaki Chihiro (不二咲 千尋).
The victim's own planner revealed she was meeting with three people, but in her planner, there were cryptic codes used. Those being DR2-D-10, DR1-D-07 and DR2-A.
The victim's secretary knew exactly how she came up with the codes. When she explained it to the police, three of the suspects were immediately taken away. Who were these three?

Re: Kogorous Riddle Thread and eworms Deduction Thread
Let's give this a bump, with two new riddles I came up with.
1. What set of 2 numbers show the most gratitude?
2. What's the one food you absolutely need if you want to travel?
(HINT: These 2 riddles are Agasa-approved!)

Sorry, but Bento isn't the answer. Does anyone else want to give my riddles a shot?

You got the first one right, Jecka! Congratulations.
As for the second one, here are some hints.
1. Agasa would approve of this riddle.
2. Ignore the "food" part of the riddle. At first, focus on the other part of the riddle.

For those that wonder how Jecka's answer is correct, allow me to explain.
3 and 9 would be San Kyuu. This is also the Japanese pronounciation of "Thank you" (I heard it numerous times in the Pokemon anime)

*deep breath* Here goes:
Kurma.
Reason: Ku.Ru.Ma = Car

While the answer is not what I had in mind (I never even heard of kurma before), the reasoning behind it IS similar.ara_aa_wa wrote:*deep breath* Here goes:

Ok, haha. How bout this one:
Patty Rolls.
Pe.tu.ro.ru = Petrol

Pe.tu.ro.ru = Petrol

Man, so many things that, logically, could be the answer and yet, aren't the answer I came up with.
....Wait a minute, it couldn't be patty rolls, because that would be Pe.T.Ti.Ro.Ru.Zu.

The spider? Because in japanese it can be pronounced "supaidaa" just like super, "suupaa". ^^Max1996 wrote:Let's revive this thread with a new one.

I'm thinking about the ones that were posted on 2016 but I don't know!
The food one maybe is a "pasta pot" bcs is a "passport"??? >.<
And also this one. I feel like I'm going to have to look up the meaning of every kanji. I've tried looking for names that contain numbers but... ^^" I'll keep thinking about it!Max1996 wrote:The victim's own planner revealed she was meeting with three people, but in her planner, there were cryptic codes used.
