Re: Mafia Round 60: Town Wins!
It's not good to be sick while GMing, but it happens, quite a bit actually, I got sick during both my games, one because my best friend's wedding and consequences bad from that particular judgement. :x But it does happen, I know I checked the rules extra times and actions also when I felt sick, due to caring about the game and not wanting anyone to have a bad experience during it.
But again everyone is different in there own way, Ivdo hope you feel better soon.

Seems people didn't figure me out this time?
I was Apollo
Also, sorry for coming back so late, but I was sick and had a lot to do while being sick too
But I really liked this setting and roleplaying XD Sadly I was taken out so early
@next Mafia Round: Since I'm still not 100% fit and still have a Project to finish for work (till Nov), the next one or Nemomon can make the next round! I'll do mine afterwards (sometime in October then).

- Sometimes, a little bit of Justice is all you need to make everything Wright, though things can get a bit Edgey. And Godot.

Also, if Nemomon wants to GM, he needs to let Conia know so he can be added to the list. :x

That's about Werewolves, not Mafia. Click. That's what Kleene meant.

From what I know Conia is already aware of the Werewolves. But I will ask again, though.
Though the Werewolves game is a simpler version of the Mafia, so everybody should have easy times learning the basic rules.

Yeah, though werewolves mainly works because it's a card game with rounds lasting barely two hours with many players... I'm not sure if an online longer phase version would work as well as mafia does (hence why I'm not sure I want to join).

J-Justice is Moldy! Why am I NOT surprised about this, guess mold really does follow Nick around...

Possibly why I always find him cleaning the toilets...I wonder if he knew Apollo was mold and would give him more reason to Kleene the toilet!

I hope it's healthy for Nick to hang out with...

OOC: KLEEEEEEEEEEENE!!!!!? *glomps*
By the way, I saw the chance and took it!

This game will be played exactly same as the Mafia is played. The only difference is the less amount of roles.Iwamoto Yuri wrote:Yeah, though werewolves mainly works because it's a card game with rounds lasting barely two hours with many players... All in all You won't know how it is played until You will try

Re: Mafia Round 60: Town Wins!
Only I do. I've played werewolves many times during several camps. Townies with no roles isn't a problem in the real version because phases last barely a minute if discussion goes fast. But, in this occasion you literally have nothing to do as villager during a longer phase because you can't use your ears.Nemomon wrote:This game will be played exactly same as the Mafia is played. And I'm serious about the last one, because I was caught as a werewolf once because I moved and the trunk me and a townie sat on moved as well. Sound and movement is a big thing in werewolves, because otherwise you'd really start guessing blindly. In mafia and town of Salem there are compensations for this because every townie gets a role where gathering information is possible. Without role or senses to go on you have nothing.
But maybe you're right... it probably works as a mix of espionage and mafia.... I'm going to observe the round and see where this is going.

Re: Mafia Round 60: Town Wins!
You are right about the players without a role. They basically have nothing to do most of times, though not always. It also depends on what the other players are doing. Sometimes a good villager is better than for example a Guardian, especially if that villager is protected by the Guardian.
But the villagers are unique in another way - they do not have any role, so they may say whatever they want. Players with roles often are mre cautious of what they're saying. Villagers without roles have nothing to lose, so they often are free to do anything they want.
Ultimately though, I believe that as long as the game goes, all players should be active regardless of their roles. In one game they might be playing a villager without a role, but in the next game they might be a guardian. If players will wish to continue playing the Werefolf games, they should always be same active regardless of their roles they received. As Toichi would say - they should never lose their poker face.
