But this is in a way too simple, I surprised no one got it yet. Instead of think simple, the answers are going the other way.

Think simple. What is one of the simplest things, but at times also the other parts of this riddle? Answer that question and you might just solve it.

No true. But it looks like you need an example - this example might or not be true

IF I said it could not be touched and I already said it is a noun, that would narrow it down quite a bit. It would then be known it must be an abstract thing and that is very narrow to what that could be.

So if you think you might not be able to touch then try that line, but I not going to help you narrow it down that much.

All I am going to say is it either can or can not be touched and leave it at that.
