I used to play a lot of Werewolf games (similar to the Mafia games), I'm looking forward playing this version too!

Werewolf games? Do you mean Tabula Rasa? That's what I've played before. Kinda like mafia but less roles and when someone dies people won't get to know were they good or evil. We played it face to face though. It was brilliant.

More or less. Less roles (Werewolf (kills each night), Seer (sees a role of another player each night), Guardian (guards another player each night, so they cannot be killed by the wolves), Angel (cannot be killed during the day by the Town), Ghost (after being killed, next night may kill 1 player), Cupid (connects 2 players, if either player dies, the other also dies), Devil (same as the Seer, but wins with the wolves), Traitor (the Seer will see him as the Werewolf), Fool (he thinks he's the Seer, but instead gets random roles (which may or may not be true))), and many of them are played depending on the number of players. For example the Cupid plays if there's at least 13 (IIRC) players. When a player dies, the Game Master tells his role, but the Traitor is announced as a Villager (no role) and the Fool is announced as the Seer (players don't know if the real Seer or a Fool died).

Yes, we had that! Though we had:
-Werewolves(the amount depended on the players' amount)
-Seriff(protects one person at night)
-Seer(can see if the person alive is good or bad)
-Meedio/meedia/whatevs(can see if killed person is good or bad)
-Cupid(well, you said it), masons(two or three, know that they are good)
-Little girl(can peek through their fingers at night, I dunno how it could work in a Forum version)
-Lovers(die together, oh the irony whent he werewolves kill a town lover while the other one is a wolf)
And some others that I don't remember... It's a brilliant game.
