I mean... what happens if the BO kills the one who is going to be major right during night 1?

If the mayor is killed, a new mayor is elected. So if you were elected Mayor and would also get killed at Night 1, a new mayor vote would be held at Day 1, parallel to the lynching vote. The new mayor's vote will count as 1.5 votes, even for the Day 1 lynching.

Also, don't overestimate the mayor. He only plays a role if there'd be a draw otherwise.

If he votes on the right person. If he votes on a third party it doesn't matter. Sorry if I am not supposed to write here.
