Little riddles

While looking at riddles last night i came upon what might the anwser

Could it be death?

You cannot see it nor feel it,

When you are dead you feel or see nothing

and it occupies every hole;

There would be a lot of dead bodies in a graveyard

you cannot smell it nor hear it,

it's beyond the stars,
and at the foot of the hills,
he arrives first, and stays;
it kills the laugh and it finishes lives

Actually, it was my traduction, cause I am in Argentina and my book is in Spanish, but it is similar.
