New theorie: Kudo is the Boss of the BO. It was all a trick settled by him. Gin gave him the ATPX, so that he shrink to a child and can have an affair with Ayumi. Since he is at the same age and no one knows his itdenity, its legal.

Seriously, Akemi? She is dead. And despite the high affinity of Conan for dead bodies (and theirs for him) this is just plain impossible.
Similarly with Vermouth. Even rejuvenated she is still old enough to be Shinichis mother. Comparing her to Conan makes it even worse. Beside... well, she has chosen her own path on the other side of the law already.
