Well, the story focuses on the three most most important characters in DC (Shinichi, Ran, Kogoro), so it makes sense to describe it as THE Detective Conan movie, over other movies that have more to do with the secondary characters (Heiji and Kid).kkslider5552000 wrote: 14th Target. One of the only 3 movies I've seen twice and in a lot of ways this truly feels like THE Detective Conan movie.
Not that there were many more characters to focus on when the movie was released.dilbertschalter wrote:Well, the story focuses on the three most most important characters in DC (Shinichi, Ran, Kogoro), so it makes sense to describe it as THE Detective Conan movie, over other movies that have more to do with the secondary characters (Heiji and Kid).kkslider5552000 wrote: 14th Target. Well, Heiji and Kid had both been introduced by then and they're the ones I was talking about. That being said, Heiji hadn't shown up much and he hadn't been cemented in his role as Shinichi's BFF, as it wasn't until 118 that they really got to know each other and also work together on a case; in the Holmes Freak Case, Shinichi was (ineffectively) trying to hide his true identity from Heiji.randompi314159 wrote:Not that there were many more characters to focus on when the movie was released.dilbertschalter wrote:Well, the story focuses on the three most most important characters in DC (Shinichi, Ran, Kogoro), so it makes sense to describe it as THE Detective Conan movie, over other movies that have more to do with the secondary characters (Heiji and Kid).kkslider5552000 wrote: 14th Target.
