Yes, that's the German volume 64. And German "Band" simply means volume. However, you should have noticed that it's not the English version - after all, it's DETEKTIV CONAN - not "Detective".

I said I were at episode 502. With the anime, of course. I don't know which chapter I am at with the manga, but it's the last of the volume above
