Step by Step has always been my all-time favorite DC ending. So that's where my vote is going.  :)

Step by Step, Listening to it reminds me of the Sonata Case and I can still picture the ending credits for that one and I tear up occasionally. I don't think I ever linked another ending with a case so this one makes it my favorite.
