Paperwork, eh? Hmm, let's see here...

no, no... these simply won't do! As the (literal) ruling body of the country of Akonyland, I don't recognize any paperwork regarding punchings, other methods of attack, and the applications of these attacks to my body issued by persons not of the country of Akonyland (i.e. anyone but me). The only exception to this rule is one Kleene Onigiri, who has been delivering punchings to the people of Akonyland (i.e. me) since before the induction of these laws, and thus has had her punching abilities grandfathered into the system, such that she does not need such papers.

If you wish to obtain legitimate papers, you must go through the proper legal channels. To do so, simply make a 1 page written request, put it in an envelope and leave it at the border of Akonyland. It will be picked up and reviewed within 5 to 10 business years, barring such events as hurricanes, tornadoes, bears, and me not reading it.
