Does Lelouch (Code Geass) count as a "magical girl"?

- He does get magical power from someone
- That someone end up as his partner/ is a mascot of the show even
- He doesn't have a transformation sequence (sadly) but he does have a costume
- No one notices it's him :x
- He's doing random poses (and is fabulous)
- Tries to fight "the evil"
- His friend becomes his rival and then they end up fighting together again.

So... a lot of points are similar? :x
