So far I'm not crazy about it since, to be honest, I find it a bit boring a fair amount of the time. I love the animation though.

Episode 4 was much better though. The directing is making this boring story, awesome.

Yeah it's a slow paced anime, the setting of the series fits the main character's philosophy really well: low energy. However, I love the atmosphere the series puts.  It's just like a relaxing, soothing series to watch, with some Chitanda and low-class mysteries thrown in.

I can see how people would dislike it.  I enjoy it a lot, and so far it's probably my favorite show this season.

Also, yes the latest episode was great, like usual.  It's such a soothing and relaxing series.

this is another anime where you get the "nice" feel of the characters. It's not that "oh-my-god-i-cant-wait-for-the-next-ep-imma-die" kind of anime but, the episodes (so far) are interesting and cute.

I'm starting to feel like I unintentionally became an anime enabler for ranger.

I just realized that the girls on Hyou-ka are insanely boring. They are just there to be cute or be like Chitanda and go ''I can't stop thinking about!, "I'm curious", etc. Well, to be fair, my hate is mostly for Chitanda, Satoshi's love interest is good enough I guess.

The guys are much more interesting. Oreki and Satoshi's conversations are great. It gives insight on their characters and always have Satoshi teasing Oreki, which is fun.

Although, on the latest episode, that Queen chick was quite awesome. She's very beautiful and has a great personality. You can see how she interrupts Oreki whenever he wants to talk, and how she gets "mad" when Oreki say ''he is just lucky''. It shows 1 - She doesn't like to be interrupted and 2 - She doesn't like to be wrong. I love how Kyo-ni is doing this. Hyou-ka is an very enjoyable anime.

If it was an anime that it was meant for her to be sexy/cute (any harem anime for example) than I would be cool with it. Having an personality here is better.

Of course they are cute, Chitanda drunk was moe x 1000000. But the best parts of Hyou-ka doesn't involve the girls.
