Oh thank Christ. Studio Ghibli shutting down would be a huge blow to the animation industry.

Also, I'm pretty sure that Miyazaki has announced his retirement about six times and then changed his mind at the last minute every time. That man is probably going to be animating gorgeous shit until he dies.

they will still be making animation, but I only watch it because Miyazaki and even his movies are getting
