Yeah but Death Note is super amazing!! I love that series to death.

It's definetely good and I actually read the first 7 volumes in a little over a month back in late summer. But I've been kinda floundering with finishing it since Mello and Near came into the picture. L's so much cooler!

I totally agree. I actually dislike Near.

It amuses me to no end that such a popular manga started to go down hill after volume 6 or so.

I mean at volume 6 Conan hadn't even begun to start.

And yes! Death Note is probably my favorite manga, and I almost never read manga.

Well, DC is a really long series so if it goes downhill from there, then it would be horrible, I mean 35 volumes of boring stuff.

Yeah, we're in the same class plus we're planning to go to the same high school. She's the one who got me to read DC, I'm the one who got her to join the forums.
