tbh, while it's still good, I don't think Durarara 2 has lived up to the original so far (though I haven't seen the last 2 episodes yet). Undecided if it's because this is only part 1 of 3 or not. Best parts have easily been everything Celty and the new characters, most of the old characters haven't done enough yet to justify being as focused on outside of 3 or so of the main characters.

Tbh, I was only waiting for the next arc to be animated. I didn't expect it to happen in the light novels so I'm not sure how much surprise factor you'll be having when you watch this cour's ending. In short, the next arc's better. I read that part of the LNs so I know what I'm talking about.

As far as currently airing ones go, Hibike Symphonium, Show By Rock, and MSLN Vivid why is this being animated by A1 Nanoha is a Seven Arcs franchise.

Also slowly catching up on Sailor Moon Crystal and Fairy Tail S2.

For this season, I'm picking up:
1.) Ore Monogatari (whose art style reminds me of Chihayafuru by a lot)
2.) Shokugeki no Soma (food wars + ecchi FTW)
3.) The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan (Danderes > Tsundere)
4.) Hibike! Euphonium
5.) My Teenage Romcom Zoku (bec long titles are long)

I didn't have the time to check the newest season what it has to offer, but for now I'm watching:

- Assassination Classroom
- World Trigger
- Saint Seiya - Soul of Gold
- Sailor Moon Crystal

Thankfully the 2nd episode of Yuki Nagato was way better. First episode felt too far away from what I like about the characters' personalities, this was a bit better. Especially the Haruhi scene, which was a nice callback (thinking about it, the whole Christmas plot is probably a callback too). So my opinion of this is probably going to heavily depend on if they can avoid being too generic.

Most of what I know of the series is Sonoci being increasingly disappointed by it so...maybe not?
