It's far more beautiful ending than Death note lol.

True, that's the main difference with Death Note, while Death Note's level decreases from beginning to end, Code Geass (at least in my opinion) gets better and better

I really liked this anime at first but then R2 sort of ruined it for me.... The ending was great though. Nunally's tears and how everything sort of worked out....

It's really good. In fact, it's one of my top animes. But, the thing is, I don't really get thrilled by it. Maybe because of the fighting scenes, with nightmares and lancelot, fighting with those are really common these days.

R2 is poorly writen in my oppion, I liked R1 a lot and I thought the ending was good, however many times R2 was poorly writen in my oppion, to many people should have died and didn't or where brought back to life (if you understand what I mean)

Season 1 is perfect. Season 2? Uh, it's a so-so (it has its ups and downs - mostly downs)....even the revelation about the death of Lelouch's mother is a bit of a downer . I applaud season 2's ending though.
