Anything new on Kindaichi?  It looked like they were almost ready to release couple of months ago, and then this thread just died.  Hopefully this project didn't get dropped.

it's has not been dropped it was "tech"ed as in Techman_16. however we are now doing some parts of it ourselves that we where waiting for him on. we currently are translating episodes 21 and 22 since we have all the others translated. I know I sound like a broken record but it will be out soon. we are planing to have some episodes (1-3) of kindaichi released BEFORE Christmas. we also have some other Detective anime projects that we will be showing off pretty soon. hope everyone enjoyed our version of the last chapters of spiral.
P.S> if we ever do drop kindaichi we will post all of our files somewhere so that the series can be picked up by another group or any remaining translation can be done by another group.

Glad I checked back here.  I didn't notice that it was released.  I'm downloading it now, so i'll watch it after I re watch 13 since its been a while since I watched it.

I honestly haven't even watched the first 13 episodes yet, but I did flip through it and it looks like excellent work. Glad to see the project is shaping up!

Nice Episode.  I really hate when an episode ends with saying everything is solved.  Well hopefully we won't have to wait 2 years for the conclusion of the case.

they will be coming soon. we want to have a DCTP quality release therefore we will be having a major release as soon as we have corrected all the problems with our releases that we can find

Does anyone have any links for the first Kindachi movie?  I saw a group called Studio Tomo did it, but their torrent is long dead.  Also could use a link for the first special, the opera house, in which the torrent isn't completly dead, but very unhealthy. 

Also do you have any plans in subbing the second movie along with the tv series?

we have or at least had both of those on our site but we are redoing the first movie so, if you want to watch there bad release of it you can but, it would probably better to wait for our version then to watch the xchks quality release of it.
