They're games for the most part.  I think the only one that got a complete anime adaptation was Tales of the Abyss, which was pretty good overall.  Symphonia got OVAs which are still going, but they don't cover everything.

also Phantasia is on Super Famicom (with a supposedly inaccurate and pratically NSFW translation), PS1 (japan only) or GBA (actual American release).

I strongly suggest getting the GBA version but eventually listening to the Super Famicom soundtrack. (the GBA soundtrack is good but the Super Famicom version's soundtrack is Chrono Trigger levels of amazing as far as I'm concerned.)

Phantasia is only behind SMRPG and Chrono Trigger as my favorite SNES/Super Famicom RPG ever.
