Lucky you...I happen to live in a world filled with Twilight Fangirls. And they call themselves intellectual people....

The first book didn't really tick me off that much, but New Moon was pushing it.

Honestly, I liked the series when I first read it (of course.... I was about fifteen at the time, so there ya go).  Now, I'd like to burn every copy of it.  The story line is unusual in some respects (sparkling vampires, anyone?), but other than that, it's just another teenage romance novel with a Mary Sue for an MC.

My feelings on Twilight can be summed up thus:







I liked it on first read, but on rereading it all the flaws come out. Like the protagonists being a Mary-Sue and a Gary-Stu. And what an utter bloody copout approximately three-quarters of the final book is.
