How do I censor anime?

I'm trying to censor the more graphic murders in Detective Conan for my personal use but I wonder if anyone could tell me how
Any help is appreciated. I'm using PaintTool SAI to edit frame by frame for now if anyone could tell me a faster and more efficient way :) .

I've heard of video editing softwares that come with censoring tools integrated, they probably work better that frame by frame editing.
