Only point I can really explain to a degree (based on the movies) is regarding Xavier.
From wikipedia
In a post-credits scene, Dr. Moira MacTaggert checks on a comatose patient who greets her with Xavier's voice. Startled, she replies, "Charles?"
This was back in 2006, when no one knew they were supposed to stay for after the credits :V
I do remember that now. It's been awhile since I've watched the three movies, but Xavier was physically ripped to shreds from Jean's powers. So even then I wonder how he appeared in the hospital bed. (This all happened within the Last Stand so I feel like it should be explained since it doesn't relate to any other movie). But it doesn't matter anymore because
Spoiler:
As of now, he never actually died since Jean was somehow saved and I'm assuming a lot of the events from "The Last Stand" never happened...?

Yeah, I'm glad they did what they did and now there shouldn't be any new inconsistencies. And I was really hoping McKellen and Stewart would be in the next movie but I don't think they will be

I'd assume that now that the Marvel movie rights belong to Disney and they have access to all of the money in the world, they'd be able to afford to buy back the Fantastic Four movie rights. Maybe they're banking on fan outrage to financially kill the movies? Seems like an awfully long game.
I've just seen X-men, it was high time I did! It was pretty nice.
Spoiler:
Rather sad that they exploded Bishop really, I was so proud of my little frenchie and all... And man, I was not ready for a Claude François song, it wasn't even a fun one!
Quicksilver was adorable, I hope we see a lot more of him next time. I also hope that we'll see what Mystique has been doing too!

Finally got to see the Amazing Spider-man 2. Whoever said this was a bad movie was totally wrong.
Spoiler:
IT WAS SO AWESOME!!
I absolutely loved Electro as the evil guy and Harry was quite nice even before he green-goblin-ified himself, tough with spider venom? I'm not so sure about how that works :x Oh, and Aunt May was a huge improvement from the previous spider-man movies, though the other aunt may was considerably older, but still
Everything was a huge improvement from the previous movie, including the GwenxPeter relationship wich wasn't really that annoying as in the first movie anymore.
Futhermore Gwen Stacy's death was...sad, but not only sad but also realistic, I mean, how many movies have we seen where the guy catches the girl(or whatever) centimeters from the ground and he/she still lives when in reality the momentum should have killed that person...
And in the end we had this sort of comeo only of Rhino, which was kinda cool as well~
"Plotting since forever"
Spoiler: Fear The Wrath Of My Hammer!
Thanx Yuri for the Awesome pic

Woa! sounds good!
that movie is next on my list but I have no idea when I'll be able to watch it
also, what is the main argument against the Amazing Spider-Man 2?
I thought they'd be all over an emo Harry, but now I can't really imagine them disliking Harry

Nathan Fillion in a cameo for Guardians of the galaxy, it's confirmed. Now we'll have to see what he does, but it's going to be something small I would guess! But still cool!
