BRAIN BRAIN OMG BRAIN EWWWW, yeah, that was my reaction to Coulson's "operation", that was creepy.
I think the episode was great, they've been getting better lately! Clark Gregg is such a good actor, poor Coulson...
I think the only problem with this is that we don't really know why Fury would do that for him, we've never seen them interact a lot in the MCU, or have flashbacks, or anything that could really sell the bond between them. I'm not sure we'll ever get that.
And I'm still not believing that Stark or JARVIS haven't noticed that he's still alive. I don't think that bringing a ton of specialist surgeons and stuff in the same place is inconspicuous

You know I like the series but while the characters have taken a bit too long to be worthwhile, I have 2 main complaints as of right now.

Especially if we're not going to see them again! I'm not really got with the Marvel universe, I enjoy watching the films, I go read some information about the characters on wiki, and I enjoy watching the series. Although, from what I noticed, about every week they make it seem like we're going to meet a new hero from the mythology, and it turns out it's not, it's getting annoying.
But on the whole, now that we know a few things about Skye, I think it's getting in a nice direction, but it is TOO. TOO. SLOW
Now we have to wait until February to see what's next...

In the comics, they served together in the war and hence they are quite close. I imagine that may be brought into focus later on in the series. And i agree on the supervillain and straining out the plot points..............

Sif and John Garret are coming to S.H.I.E.L.D for a 4 ep arc. Well, i cannot complain about lack of name characters from now on.

I love the fact that Sif is coming to Agents of SHIELD, I would have loved if she was going to be here for a few episodes, but we'll have to take what we can!
