Oh, that could be cool I'm curious about who they'll cast Vimes as. People seem to be inclined to think of him as an old man, even though he's only in his forties.

I think Domnhall Gleeson could be a good Carrot. He's tall and pretty and ginger- he just need a decent haircut and a little time at the gym

Failing that, dye Chris Evans' hair ginger. I know he's not British, but his adorkable badass performance as Captain America is perfect, isn't it?

Also, I've always envisioned Granny Weatherwax as Dame Judi Dench.
