oh no, it takes long time to download all parts for DC Movie 8.
Please my friend, is there any hope to set split rar with the same part with the old one?
I will crazy if I must download from the first again.T____T
Hope with the same setting you use for reupload (like 190 mb per part and the same name part and file), i can completed missing part 25.(even with a little hope.>_<)

I had this situation once before and somehow at that time, the person who downloaded my stuff only needed to reget the missing parts. Before reuploading movie 8, I even went to my account and got the files left there to check their settings. Afterwards, I used those, 190MB per parts, 7% of recovery record and even the very same file name. Compression completed and I checked by placing the newly created part 25 in the same folder with the old parts and using winrar to test. It just said the inner file was corrupted and no more.
Honestly, I don't really believe that doing so could fix thing. Because every time I split a file into parts, each part will have a unique CRC. It cannot be recreated by doing the same thing over again. Back to that person's case, he/she left a short notice. Even if they had to download everything from the beginning, it is unlikely for them to return and notify me about that.
All I can do to help is trying to get the movie up on MF asap. I am already halfway in uploading. If everything is okay, the links will be available 12 hours after this post. Thanks for understanding.

I know the situation is hard for you.
I will wait for your reupload and then i will download the file again.
Like you said, a unique crc make every part not interchangeable when we recreate split part again.
Hope everything is okay for now. ^^

ps : for my suggest, why you not using hj splt for split the movie my friend?
if some part missing, you can just split again and reupload the missing part, and then place new split file with the old one.
its more comfortable for you than using winrar.
But its only my suggest. ^_^

You are welcome. I had some problem with my internet connection so it took more time than I expected. But finally, the movie is on MF now, and I will keep the parts for sure.
I use winrar because of its recovery record which allows a corrupted file to be reconstructed basing on that record. My connection is fair to upload but it is unstable. It is better to have a redundant method to fix the file than to reupload everything. I once preferred hjsplit until I found out that it had no method for file fixing or error report. Even if you download a corrupted part and miss some, this software will still attempt to connect them without notifying you. That could be fatal in some cases. And though I am not very sure about how hjsplit works, I think all software of this kind has one common method for cutting file which adds CRC. Anyway, that is only a theory I put.

I just got episode 7 from this bunch and it's corrupt! Seems like it's not an issue with me (I downloaded the files completely about 4 times) but the files themselves have some sort of CRC error. Can it be reuploaded?
