Alright... Who has seen the first episode of the anime? Or at least the opening. Now, that was interesting one. No red string of fate but GOLDEN CHAINS of fate. Kehehehe... Go NaruMitsu shippers.

Me? I liked the episode. It was well paced and the introduction of the main character was good. Japanese names didn't bother me either even if I'm used to English ones. The court record was well thought in my opinion and the gradual breakdown of the witness(culprit) was hilarious too. The animation style in the other hand. It's alright. Mia looks a bit weird at times but others are alright. For now at least.

A-1 Pictures is actually doing another good job with this one (the first being Erased/BokuMachi). Ofc it's only the second episode, but so far it's doing well story wise. A-1 still needs to work on their animation quality.

Finished AA Investigations 2 and that has to be the best game in the series. The cons of the game are that the dialogue and characters don't feel as real as in the main series, alot of coincidences and every single case is insanely long. While case 4 was the most atmospheric in the game and I could feel actually something for the characters, the liveness and realness aspect is still lacking in the dialogue so it's not on par with Trials and Tribulations when it comes to that...

However the tier of deductions that Edgeworth is standing at, all the villains and antagonists in the game and the pure raw complexity and planning take a massive dump on every other game in the series so far, easily. The dark age of law that gets highlighted for no reason in Dual Destinies is done perfect justice in this game. Kay is the Maya of Miles's story, and definitely a better alternative, too. When Maya gets kidnapped or whatever I just try to forget about it, but case 4 in this game with Kay as I stated was actually emotional.

This game is definitely substance over style, as it gets very annoying with how much you just don't know when trying to figure out the truth, and there are hundreds of things you go back to, it's insane. The investigation part structually allows for both cons and pros... Cons being that the story never stops. It keeps going without a single break, creating a tiring gameplay, and the pros is that the showdown with the villains gets build up better (no time wasted going court to back) and everything going down at that very moment will be dealt with there and then...

Anyway unlike Phoenix, Edgeworth is absolutely amazing, amazingly impressive.

I played AAI2 on my phone with an emulator. Android. IDK about iPhone though, sorry. But probably both are doable?

I've only watched walkthroughs but I agree that AAI2 is great. And the fansubbing is good too. Works well and nowadays I remember the fansub names better than the original ones.

Have you looked up what some of the logic chess bad options would cause? :x

No I haven't. I've always been more interested in the story itself.

Condolences :V.

@Moon: If you ever get bored, look them up. There are some really funny ones but one of them is actually kinda sad :o. I really like the flavour stuff in the games even if it doesn't exactly progress the story.

I gave in and watched :x. It's great. I've sort of had a certain character's objection theme stuck in my head for days now ^^;.
