Didn't really like Athena myself.

I tend to avoid those boards because I feel like the only person in the world who liked Athena and her story ^_^;; I mean, I do dislike that parts of Apollo's story have been left hanging and I would like that to be resolved, but that doesn't make Athena's story bad or unnecessary--I really enjoyed seeing how she and Apollo worked together, in particular, and also the absolutely flawless way she and Simon pulled together against the Phantom in the end.

Yep. It's my least favorite studio. Their record in animation and story hasn't been too good imo :V


As for Athena, I don't mind her too much :3

Just so long as a) they keep in the interrogation of the parrot and b) they sell it to a studio that does a selfconciously awful dub where Maya exclaims "these hamburgers are delicious!" while obviously tucking into a bowl of ramen and Nick says "the law here in California" while pointing at a map of Japan and Apollo asks "so thousand-year-old Japanese demons also immigrated to California?" at one point

So, anybody got any thoughts on the new prosecutor, Nayuta Sadmadhi?

He has a unique mindset towards trials, and believes that they’re ceremonies to mourn for the souls of the victims, and bringing judgment to the criminals as a way to relieve the said souls. Nayuta regards lawyers as people that get in the way of this relief, and challenges them with a strong feeling of hostility. He has a soft demeanor, and is usually talks in a graceful manner, but towards his detested criminals and lawyers, he expresses a calm yet merciless behavior."

I'm so conflicted between being interested in the new characters and knowing that the more of them there are, the less we're going to see older ones. How much Blackquill, Klavier and Edgeworth are we likely to get? Are we ever going to get to see Franziska again? WHERE IS MAYA

Apollo is best character. And he's in it afaIk.
Also Japan release date is June 9th, this year.
