Haha yeah...
Spoiler:
that shooting scene was a bit ridiculous... Oh well. He had to get out of that predicament somehow! When he had an idea, I seriously thought it was going to be like a maze puzzle where we try to avoid the enemies... But I guess a slot machine gun works too.. lol
When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

Hmm... I might finally decide to buy me one of the Professor Layton games. I didn't know if they were worth getting, but, it seem like quite a few people enjoy them... :o
Sherlock Holmes - When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?

Conan Edogawa - A Detective who uses his deductive powers  to corner a suspect and then does nothing to stop that suspect from committing suicide...is NO better than a murderer himself.

i dont know what to say about the plot, it had many interesting ideas and mysteries, i enjoyed it though
Spoiler:
The game was fun.  Don Paulo's rejection scene was inspired, and Celeste/Claire's broomstick remark was awesome.  However!

Too!  Many!  Holes!

And wtf we don't get to see them haul off the prime minister!?

Also!  The Family was using real bullets to shoot at Layton & Co., and yet the villains needed him alive at the end!?

sigh

They're well worth it. The puzzles aren't insanely hard (mostly) but they are pleasantly brainstretching; the characters are all very charming and the art is gorgeous, particularly the fully animated and voiced cutscenes. They're a good investment.

If you really liked them, you would buy them (and not be like a certain person whose name starts with a r and ends in anger)  :-X

I was going to think of something witty, like find a member in this forum who's name starts with R and ends with anger besides me, but laziness is not a force to be reckoned with
