That's not true, that mad fire nation soldier died in that episode as well for killing the moon spirit to begin with :-X
1) It was the ocean spirit, not the moon. Aang went into the Avatar state, and connected with the ocean spirit to help it avenge the death of its companion.

2) He was taken by the ocean spirit. We don't know what happened to him after that. That wasn't a direct death like USING A TASER GLOVE TO BLOW UP A BOAT. Just sayin' the implications were totally different.
Ehm. She did say for killing the moon spirit which is true. And I guess that does count as murder, but still it was a fish (and a spirit) :x

There is to be a second season with 13 episodes. So, two seasons :P

well to be fair, the show actually was originally supposed to be only 12 episodes, so all of the plot of Season 1 is all resolved in Season 1. They didn't get the go-ahead on S2 until basically all of S1 was finished being made.

so yeah this is going for a grand total of 4 books so far, which is confusing and frustrating because the creators wanted the first avatar to be that long and nick said no, makes no sense

4 korra books is shorter than 3 airbender books, so I don't see why it makes no sense really. Not to mention, this has the first show's popularity to ride on when it comes to asking for more episodes.
