I wonder AZFS will sub Ep 236-237 to replace Puto sub which had bigger size than I planned to fill up each DVD. Usually 24 min episode had about 172 MB but Puto had 180+ MB which exceed the limited of total DVD size I burned.

if i remember correctly, the HD is more then 180 MB each episode.

Yeah, but 236-237 isn't HD. I'm a bit of a quality nut so I encode the episodes at a higher bitrate than most people tend to (most groups use around 172mb, my releases are around 250mb instead). But the hardsubbed encodes of 236-237 aren't much bigger than 172mb (they ended up at 188mb because I flat out didn't set a target filesize when encoding).

107-108 are the most over-subbed Conan episodes. They were subbed by XCHKS, HnI, Atavus, AFreaky, and Mystery-Otaku.
However, you should grab Atavus' releases.

Because the first HD episode was 453. Therefore the only HD episodes are the ones after 453 and the ones which have been remastered (1, 217-218, 222-224, 176-178...) though not all the remastered episodes have been subbed.
By the way, I would like to ask the staff if they have the original versions of episodes 222-224 ? Were any scenes cut in the remastered subbed version ?

there is no way all of the episode of Conan are in HD.
first, because the time when anime available in HD was around 2004 or so. and at the time no one was ever bother to cap HD eps.
second, first Conan HD was 453 and I think it was around 2006.
so, for anime with the long run like Conan which is started when HD eps is not even exist (I`m pretty sure it started broadcasting in late 1995 or early 1996), there is no way all the eps are in HD, except something good is going to happen (like re-broadcast in HD or the BR is released) which is unlikely.
Just a note; not sure if I mentioned these episodes but I've notice that these would would probably benefit from a re-release (better quality audio and video)
